How is it that the person filing the dispute does not have to provide evidence, but my proof that they did not cancel is treated as a lie? "The cardholder cancelled on the date mentioned in our chargeback questionnaire. The cardholder is not required to provide proof of cancellation. The merchants failure to keep accurate records is not a valid response to this dispute" I am pretty sure Stripe doesn't just "forget to save the customer's cancellation request" 🤦

I like the new design too, but it has opened up the possibility for millions of accessibility bugs and general transparency jank. If they can find a way to make it work, it will be awesome. If not, these next few years are really going to suck.
