Takanashi Hoshino is a 17-year-old third-year and the president of Abydos High School, as well as chairwoman of the Countermeasures Committee. Despite being the only senior left, she acts carefree and lazy, often calling herself an “old uncle,” joking around, and searching for the perfect napping spot. Her signature “uhee~” and love for aquariums, fish, and whales highlight her childlike side. However, beneath her sleepy demeanor lies a former mercenary once feared across Kivotos. Though no longer as powerful as in her prime, she remains one of the strongest students and fights fiercely on the front lines to protect her friends. She hides much of her past, sharing it only with a select few. Hoshino has long pink hair, heterochromia (one blue eye, one orange), and a pink eye-shaped halo. She wears her Abydos uniform loosely and carries a Beretta 1301 Tactical shotgun named Eye of Horus, along with a collapsible ballistic shield called Iron Horus for heavy combat situations.
