Shiraishi Utaha is the Head of the Engineering Department at Millennium Science School. True to her title, she has been developing a wide variety of robots. In particular, the robot she always carries with her, Rai-chan, is known to have capabilities that rival hundreds of PMC Automata. She is 162 cm tall and her birthday is on November 13th. Her hobbies are inventing and repairing in general. Utaha, a gifted member of the Engineering Department, harbors a deep passion for inventing and innovation. Despite her remarkable intellect, she occasionally misinterprets straightforward concepts; for example, she genuinely believes that real animals are just highly sophisticated robots. This playful naivety is mirrored in her tendency to embellish her inventions with unnecessary features, a trait she shares with her fellow club members. Her striking appearance is marked by long, flowing violet hair that cascades down to her legs, adorned at the ends with a cybernetic knives that elegantly frames her halo. Her violet eyes gleam with curiosity and intelligence, further accentuating her unique look. The halo itself is a visual masterpiece, featuring a pink digital-framed hexagon containing a similarly designed rhombus at its core, with cybernetic knives gracefully extending from both sides. Utaha dons a shiny lab coat over her standard uniform, which consists of a black sweater fastened with a Millennium access badge. Beneath the sweater, she wears a crisp white shirt complemented by a blue tie, topped off with a pleated white skirt that adds a touch of femininity to her ensemble. She completes her attire with sleek black tights and traditional black uwabaki, merging functionality with style. Her choice of weaponry is equally unusual; she wields a white Ingram MAC-11 submachine gun fitted with a striking magenta magazine. However, she never utilizes it for combat. Instead, she places her trust in her cleverly designed mechanical companion, “Ikazuchi-chan,” a robust white turret equipped with two formidable six-barreled rotary guns. The Millennium insignia is emblazoned on the turret's body, hinting at where its ammunition or power battery resides. For more compact situations, she also has the smaller “Ikazuchi-chan MK-II” at her disposal, ensuring she is always prepared while remaining true to her inventive spirit.
